The Continuous Improvement minor helps students develop business ready skills to eliminate wasteful and ‘non-value’ added activities in product and service process(es). Students will learn about the multiple tools and techniques commonly used in business(es) to improve quality through their engagement in real world projects. This minor prepares students for entry-level positions such as a quality supervisor, process analyst, continuous improvement supervisor.
