The Cybersecurity minor is designed for students who want data privacy and cybersecurity skills to supplement their major and/or career fields.  This minor would be especially advantageous to students interested in information security, operational decision-making, and/or business intelligence.

Risk Management Minor

The Anthony P. Campisi Risk Management minor explores how to prepare for unforeseen developments in today’s rapidly evolving global economy.  Designed for students from all majors, the Anthony P. Campisi Risk Management Minor teaches students how to identify, manage, and forecast risks faced by both individuals and businesses.  This program enables students to describe the process of risk management, risk aggregation, performance evaluation, capital allocation, and strategic decision-making.

Information Systems Minor

The Information Systems minor provides a foundation in information systems, which along with the chosen major enables a student to pursue entry-level information systems career opportunities in specialized fields of expertise.

 

Intelligence Analysis Minor

The Intelligence Analysis minor focuses on studying and evaluating information gathered from a broad range of sources, from satellite surveillance to human contacts, to produce timely and objective assessments, free of political bias. The minor will complement the student’s primary major in developing skills necessary to perform intelligence analysis in the public sector (intelligence organizations at the federal and state levels), nongovernmental organizations (NGOs), as well as the private sector (intelligence companies and think tanks).
