Meet Dana Dehoff Bond

Dana Dehoff Bond is a dynamic leader in employer relations, workforce development, and professional learning, with over 25 years of experience spanning higher education, manufacturing, and nonprofit sectors. Currently serving as Associate Director for Employer Relations at York College of Pennsylvania, she leads institution-wide strategies to build and expand employer partnerships, strengthen alumni-student-career pipelines, and increase access to experiential learning opportunities for students across all academic disciplines.

Prior to entering higher education full-time, Ms. Dehoff Bond held multiple leadership roles at GEA Group, including Learning Development Manager and North American Training Manager, where she designed and implemented competency-based career pathways, technical training solutions, and blended learning programs for international teams of engineers, technicians, and sales professionals. Her work helped align global training initiatives with business goals and enhanced employee performance across technical and commercial functions.

Her career began in education and nonprofit workforce development—most notably as Director of Education and Training, and later VP of Operations, for the Manufacturers' Association of South Central PA—where she helped establish a regional technical training center and drove business engagement strategies that supported local employers and youth workforce programs. Earlier roles at Reading Area Community College saw her managing adult education and skills-based training programs focused on upskilling the local workforce.

Ms. Dehoff Bond holds an MBA in Management from Saint Joseph’s University and a BA in Psychology from Millersville University. She is passionate about bridging the gap between education and employment and fostering pathways that connect people to meaningful work and lifelong learning.
