John G. Tile

John is a retired executive with 42 years of experience in the defense industry, holding various leadership positions in engineering, logistics, and program management. He retired in 2019 to devote his time and energy to helping small businesses and future leaders grow.

He now leads his own consulting company (LITE Advisors, LLC), serves as a board member for several companies, is an adjunct business professor at Elizabethtown College and York College, and served as the chapter chair/president of the local Susquehanna SCORE small business mentoring nonprofit/"for-impact" organization. John was the recipient of the 2021 York County (Spirit of YOCO) Volunteer of the Year Award. His past community service roles include Loganville Borough Council/President, baseball coach, Leadership York board member, and Junior Achievement mentor/counselor.

John earned his Master of Business Administration (MBA) with a minor in marketing from Drexel University in 2017. He also holds a Bachelor of Science in Electrical Engineering from Penn State and an Associate Degree in Electronics Technology from Penn Technical Institute of Pittsburgh.
