Experience an unforgettable summer of growth, exploration, and discovery with York College of Pennsylvania’s Summer Academy. Our pre-college program offers diverse opportunities for students of all ages to dive into their passions, expand their skills, and connect with peers who share their interests.
Whether you’re mastering robotics, perfecting your artistic talents, or stepping onto the field, the Summer Academy is your chance to grow, create, and succeed—all while experiencing the vibrant York College campus.

Spartan Explore
Summer fun and learning await middle school students entering grades 6–8 this fall with Spartan Explore!
This nine-week, full-day program combines hands-on learning, recreation, and creative exploration. Each week offers up to two exciting camp options, ranging from digital art and robotics to board game design and photography.
- Dates: June 9 – August 8
- Ages: Entering grades 6–8 this fall
- Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:00 a.m. – 4:00 p.m.
Price: $385 per week plus fees (includes lunch)
Please note that camps that are not fully enrolled by May 1st will be subject to cancellation. Participants will be notified if their camp is affected.
Spartan Prep
High school students entering grades 9–12 this fall can deepen their passions and discover new interests with Spartan Prep.
These week-long, half-day camps provide immersive experiences in a variety of fields, such as creative writing, leadership, hydroponics, esports, and more. Participants can choose one unique camp each week, with two weeks of programming available in June and one week of programming available in July.
- Dates: Week 1: June 9–13 | Week 2: June 23–27 | Week 3: July 7-11
- Ages: Entering grades 9–12 this fall
- Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:30 a.m. – 12:00 p.m. for Weeks 1 and 2. Monday–Friday, 1:00 – 4:30 p.m. for Week 3.
Price: $350 per week plus fees

Spartan Sport
Perfect for athletes of all ages, Spartan Sport camps focus on skill-building, teamwork, and athletic development.
Led by York College’s expert coaches, these camps cover a range of sports and provide specialized instruction to help athletes reach their full potential.
