We want to help take some of the guesswork out of picking a major and give you support before you ever take your first college course. This webinar is designed to help you, and your family turn your interests into a fulfilling career that you enjoy. You will hear from members York College’s advising department, current students, and alumni and learn how they got started on their path to success.
Set yourself up for financial success. You will hear from industry professionals about everything from the type of bank account you should have as a student to the difference between state grants and need-based aid. This is the perfect event to learn what you need to know about paying your way through college.
Join us for an empowering event designed specifically for first-generation college students! This workshop is designed to guide you through every stage of your college journey, from applying to college to preparing for life after graduation. Hear from admissions, financial aid, academic success, and career development, as well as personal stories from first-generation faculty, staff, and student leaders.
