Meet Rachel Santiago-Jones
Dr. Rachel Santiago-Jones is an assistant principal and experienced K–5 educator with over a decade of service in public education. She currently serves in the Dallastown Area School District, where she leads schoolwide systems that strengthen instruction, student support, and positive school culture.
She holds a Doctor of Education in Urban Education from the University of Pittsburgh, where her research focused on self-awareness and reflective practices as a foundation for equitable classrooms. She also earned her M.Ed. in Educational Leadership from California University of Pennsylvania, along with bachelor’s degrees in Early Childhood and Special Education.
