The Human Resource Management minor emphasizes the skills and abilities needed by professionals who work in human resource or training and development units of organizations. Topics covered in these courses include recruitment, selection, and training of human resources, employment law, and labor relations. A student declaring a Human Resource Management minor may not also declare a Management minor.
