Thinking Beyond.

The GCCI Grants program at YCP is designed to foster interdisciplinary collaborations that challenge the status quo and advance research, student learning, and connections with the York community. By encouraging faculty, staff, and students from different schools and units to work together, the program promotes innovative solutions to complex challenges that a single discipline cannot fully address.

To support these collaborations, GCCI Grants offer funding options tailored to the scope of the project—from initial idea exploration to fully developed programs. Proposals must be submitted by a full-time YCP faculty or staff member and include at least one partner from a different school or unit.

Applications are accepted on a rolling basis and may be submitted as a written proposal or presented in person to a review panel. As a partner in the grant development process, the GCCI offers resources and personalized coaching to applicants.
